Yes, you can. Subscription can be canceled without penalties at any time. Please email your request to support@indotradingusa.com. All subscriptions have a No Refund policy. No charges will occur after cancelling submission.

Previously, Daily Deals were sent via email to our preferred wholesale clients. Preferred clients have the option to have Indo Trading USA ship orders directly to Fulfillment By Amazon.. Currently Daily Deals are being uploaded on indotradingusa.com. Platinum and Gold Memberships are eligible to receive “First Choice” emails that contains hot-selling product prior to the deal being uploaded to the website.
Indo Trading USA is a distribution & wholesale company operating throughout the supply chain. In order to honor agreements, minimum advertised price (MAP), minimum order quantities (MOQ), maintain market integrity and ethics, prices and deals are not open to the general public. We are a wholesaler catering to resellers in the USA based in Pomona, CA. Whether you have a kiosk at a mall, brick & mortar store, or flea-market booth, we would like to be your main source of merchandise. We are also known to be a one-stop-shop for those who sell on Amazon, eBay, and Poshmark. Though we are not affiliated nor sponsored by any of those marketplaces, we tailor our deal to ensure profitability for sellers on those platforms.

Yes, you can. Since our activity in the warehouse is always at full-throttle and we only work 4 days in a week, an appointment is needed to visit our warehouse. Please allow at least 15 minutes to tour our facility. Visitation request may be emailed to sales@indotradingusa.com.

Our business hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 AM – 4 PM. We are closed on Friday through Sunday.

Buying
You can make a purchase by being a member and simply checking out using our carts available.
Unfortunately, no. We do not provide any guarantee, refunds, or credit for anything purchased from us. As a wholesaler, we only offer you what we have based on the current market and knowledge we have on the merchandise.
No, we do not. Our margins are thin and we rely on volume sales. We cannot accept returns, refunds, or credits on merchandise we sell.
If you are a platinum member, you can request our help to get brand approval. Since we are not affiliated with Amazon, we can only help so far but Amazon is the one who makes the final decisions. We encourage you to make sure prior to any purchase that you can sell the goods. Once an order is received, we will not be able to provide any refunds or cancel it for any reason.
Unfortunately, no. We do not control the market so anything happens to the pricing online will be your responsibility. We encourage you to check all facts and history about the products before committing to purchase.
Once you purchase, reserve, or call to order, we cannot cancel it.
It means the merchandise is either still on its way, we still need to verify quantity, or it is located in another warehouse. Your payment will only be processed when we verify the quantity and know that you will receive the goods. You will be notified if the merchandise is no longer available within 5-7 business days if unforeseen circumstances happen that are out of our control.
Yes, we guarantee the piece count. Quality, MSRP, damages, and other factors are not guaranteed. We give you as much information as we can on these boxes but sometimes the distribution centers send merchandise that we don’t expect.

Yes, absolutely. Simply email us to sales@indotradingusa.com with the product name, description, quantity, and your contact info. Someone will send you the process how to do it. We recommend you do this for every purchase to ensure the quantity is still available. We try to update our website as often as possible but the inventory could be inaccurate from time to time.

We can ship your merchandise directly to FBA warehouses at your choice but we cannot drop ship every single piece count.
